Enhanced Semantic Model Extensions: Delta bundle migrations

On the previous semantic model extensions (branches instead of sandbox) it was possible to create a bundle with a specific tag so that only an incremental change would be migrated.
It looks like the current SME only allows full bundles where you migrate all or nothing.. Is it possibility of delta bundles on the roadmap?

@Victor H - The current design requires migrating full bundles, which encompass all changes within the semantic model sandbox. Kindly create an idea in the Ideas Lab requesting for this feature.
