Allow Consumer role to save reports to personal folder with active filters applied

It would be really useful to enable Consumer users to save copies of read only dashboards/workbooks in their "my folders" section with the filters they have applied enabled upon opening. Almost like them generating a snapshot.

A lot of users in my business will have specific combinations of CoA segments for their roles for day to day and month end activity and having them be able to save "Snapshots" or reports would save them time and generally improve the user experience.

Hi @Rob Toogood - I'm leaving the same comment for both of your recent Ideas because I think an upcoming feature may help address both of them:

A feature called "Multiple saved Personalization states (bookmarks)" is planned as upcoming on the OAC Roadmap. Note that FDI typically gets most of OAC newly released features within ~2 months (with a few exceptions).

As for what you're asking for specifically, I believe this is technically feasible today with permissions - check out this blog.
However, I think the feature I mentioned above will be a better fit for what you're ultimately trying to accomplish.

Adding that this feature is mostly feasible as it stands today with the exception of the report saved by users being read-only after they've selected their filters - see my first comment for more context.
