How to schedule a report in FDI?

Best Answer
-
@User_Y8TLB In FDI all the system settings are managed from FDI Console→System Settings. You will not be able to access OAC's system settings explicitly.
In FDI workbook scheduling is not available by default since its a preview feature and has to be requested to be enabled for your instance after you have proper approvals from Oracle PMs for that.

@Bhaskar Konar , my hero :)
I'll check with the system administrator (unfortunately I don't have sufficient grants to do so autonomously).
I will come back with a feedback for sure,
thank you!

Hi @Bhaskar Konar , turns out that your guide seems to be outdated:
BI Content Author role is missing, maybe FAW Licensed HCM Authors Role is the right one?
Also System Settings is missing, we can only see Advanced System Settings but we cannot access it even though our user is FDI Service Administrator.
Do you have any idea?

Hi all,
in previous posts you gave me this guide:
Enable and Customize Content Delivery Through Agents
It says:
- On the Classic Home page, click the user profile icon and then click Administration.
- Click Manage Privileges.
- Navigate to the Delivers section, and grant View Delivers Full UX to BI Content Author.
Unfortunately there is no BI Content Author:
We were only able to find FAW Licensed HCM Authors Role but still we are unable to schedule reports.
Please help

We have successfully set up the email server and I am able to delivery Workbooks using the New Schedule capability, however other users without admin access are unable to see the schedule option. Do you need to have Admin access to schedule reports and if so, is there a way to grant to privilege to other users with an FAW Licensed Author role?
Thanks,
Georgina
