Ship-to ID's Not Populating In RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL Table

Hi All,

I can see RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL table has all SHIP_TO Columns populated with NULL values. Have used SHIP_TO_PARTY_ID's to get SHIP TO information as per the oracle document (Doc ID 2377015.1), but the issue is that one party is having multiple customer accounts. unable to identify the exact ship to customer.

Please advice.

    Hi,

    You seem to be asking a purely data-related question and not a Publisher question.

    As you refer to a MOS document about Oracle Fusion Cloud services, you should consider asking in the forum that cover Oracle Fusion Cloud applications: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect (it's a parallel forum fully independent from this one).

    This category is mostly for technical questions about Publisher, but data isn't part of Publisher itself.
