When the employee open a report we need to send one email to same employee

Whenever the employee open a report we need to send one email to the same employee. Once the employee select all the perameters and click on apply button automatically one email should be trigger.

Use Case and Business Need

We have lot of use cases are there for this functionality. Example, we are created some of the reports or letterrs with password protected. So, whenever the employee try to open the report we need to send a mail to user that contains password deatils and some instructions.
