Ability to pass filter prompts from one workbook to another without adding new filters

Currently, when going from one workbook to another via data action, choosing to pass all prompts will create new filters on the workbook. If those filters already exist on the new workbook, the data action will add the prompt selections as new filters instead of choosing them in the existing filters, which creates a confusing experience for the end user if they wish to filter further in the new workbook. If going to a new workbook via an embedded link within a canvas, no filter prompts will pass at all, so the end user has to re-input all filters previously chosen into the new workbook even if the filters match the previous workbook. It would be advantageous and improve the experience if the filter prompts could be passed into the new workbook if there is a match with the previous workbook.
