I (Jamie Anderson, Idea Lab moderator) spoke to Pradeep Grandhe: As an FDI administrator, Pradeep is looking for an in-product FDI feature to capture (and analyze) his end-users' feedback regarding bugs and desired enhancements so that he can raise this feedback within the proper channels (SRs, Idea Lab, etc.).
