"Configuration Action 'Distributing Repository' has failed" -OBIA 11.1.1.10.1 Configuration

Hi All,

I trying to set up OBIA instance in my Local system, But every time i try to configure OBIA after doing all the pre-requisites and Patching(Downloaded from e-delivery),the configuration process get stuck at "Distributing repository" step. It says,"Configuration Action 'Distributing Repository' has failed".

I have set Loop-back adapter and applied all the mandatory patches by following oracle Doc.

Kindly help me with this since i am facing this problem for the 3rd time.

I have attached the screenshot of the error mentioned above.

Any Valuable suggestions will be really helpful.
