FDI DA priority and scheduling with ODI

It would be great to be able to set priority for FDI DA jobs. As FDI usage will increase, we will need ability for below.
- FDI DA jobs: to be able to set dependency/sequencing for executing as DA's will have different SLA depending on functional domain/area.
- FDI scheduling: Our organisation uses ODI and FDI, it will be good to add FDI jobs via API's etc for end-to-end load orchestration to be in one place.
