"Created by" in "Workforce Succession Management - Plan Candidates Real Time" OTBI subject area

At the moment it is possible to report on when a candidate was added to the plan ("Workforce Succession Management - Plan Candidates Real Time"."Candidate Details"."Candidate Since New") but information about who added a candidate to the plan is missing in Candidate Details dimension.
Succession plans can have multiple owners who manage a plan over time. It is important for our organization to keep track of who added respective candidates to the plan to be able to review the reasons of such candidacies.
The request is to have "Created by" added to Candidate Details in Workforce Succession Management - Plan Candidates Real Time, a field that would show who added a candidate to a plan.
