Keep Selected/ Remove selected is not working as expected if DV enabled with Use as Filter.

@Avinash Krishnaram-Oracle Keep Selected/ Remove selected is not working as expected if DV enabled with Use as Filter.

If DV is not enabled for "Use As filter" and when we do Keep Selected/ Remove selected, filters are shown on Workbook filter bar and it applied to canvas.

But if DV is enabled for "Use As filter" and when we do Keep Selected/ Remove selected, filters are applying to that DV only not canvas.

Not sure whether it is intended or bug. But for sure it is not consistent behavior. Consumers of Workbook getting confused.
