BIP Report to Extract Resource Actuals and Budget and expense

Experts, I have requirement to develop a BIP report to extract resource actuals, Budgets and expense. I was able to develop another report to extract this info based on tasks but I am not able to for the resources. Any starters or similar reports would help.
