Monthly Child Care Services Data Report for City Admins

I wanted to present my data visualization by using the background of vector illustration of Austin that has grayscale, black and white poster road map. OAC has successfully provided with 80/20 Chord visualization for Average Monthly income of the family that uses Child Care. The size of the slices represents the aggregated values of the Avg Monthly Income for each quintile within the various zip codes of the Austin. It is a very detail and powerful chart for the city admins to understand the demographic aspects of the families that uses their services.

Interesting topic to visualize and present. For me, some of the details and numbers presented get a lost in the background image. Maybe adjusting the transparency of it might help and/or adjusting the font colors too.
