I have been struggling to get a simple solution to get PROCESSED_FLAG from DW_REQUISITION_CF to my Requisition Subject Area in FDI.
Could you please suggest the available options?

If you beleive you did everything correctly go to Data Configuration and Reset Cache.
However, you may have missed a step
Manage Factory Customization's
Add in your new columns and add foldersd
Finish. Then publish your sandbox.
You should have two steps in your augmentation.
Use the Semantic Model Extension to see if that column is available in the Physical Columns. If it is you can follow the wizard to add it in to the presentation layer.

I have tried adding the column in the requisition details dimension but when tried edit subject area, I still dont see these columns and also when I published I dont see in the front end as well..
