Frequent Data Refresh Request for HCM Functional Area in FDI

Hi Team,

I have created a Performance Goals Details Dashboard using Goals and Core Subject areas in FDI.When we run the Dashboard,it is not pulling real time data, it is pulling data as on the last Refresh Schedule but user wants to see Real time data. Please assist further on how we can get this done.

Hello Jyoti , Kindly give us business use case that needs Goal Data real-time ? Is it during the Goal/Performance review time that your organization need more frequent data refreshes ?

Hi @Nupur Joshi-Oracle for us, you are right, we would like more frequent updates during goal/performance review time. I would like to enable frequent refresh for all HCM areas though, not just goals/performance

we also have the same requirement. We have engaged Energizer to push employee to fill the GOALs. But they need GOAL dashboard real time i.e. during office hours data should be refreshed every two hours.
