Why does the 'Last Updated By' column show 'anonymous' in Supplier site-level data in the Supplier audit report? It should show who is making the change request

Supplier Bank Accounts last_updated_by with"Anonymous" user (Doc ID 3017051.1):

We have done an improvement to our hashing algorithm in 24A to ensure Bank Accounts and Credit Cards are secured as per the latest industry standards.

Even though after the 25A UPDATE, we got the same issue. Now, business want to know with a proper explanation
