Error: "Failed to load XML" when extracting from TransactionDocumentExtractDm for Payment Disburseme

Question

I'm trying to extract XML data using the data model TransactionDocumentExtractDm for a Payment Disbursement Report. However, I'm encountering the following error:

Failed to load XML.

Can anyone advise why this error might occur or how to troubleshoot it? Could it be due to data volume, invalid characters in the CLOB, or an issue with the document structure?

Any guidance or previous experience with this issue would be appreciated.

Hi,

Is there a way to modify the Data Model to include the Charge Account in the XML output?

Also, is it possible to test this change without running the full Payment Process?
