Adobe Acrobat Pdf Output Issue while downloading pdf from Report History

Able to open pdf outputs in Adobe Acrobat when i am downloading pdf from report for all the pdf's, But After Schedule from Report not able to open pdf in adobe acrobat while downloading pdf from report history only for few pdf's facing issue.
Any one can you please help me
