sql query for candidate interview interviewer details

I need the SQL query to fetch interviewer details from the interview schedule in oracle fusion recruiting
I already have a query, but irc_is_schedules_b table is not storing the recent data.
Attached the SQL query for the reference
Can any body advise or provide the SQL query that would help a lot
