Create custom app tile for OTBI Dashboard

We created a dashboard that is used by Recruiters. They access this by going to Tools → My Reports → and navigating to the appropriate tab. I was wondering if it is possible to create a custom app tile for an OTBI dashboard where the Recruiters can click on that takes them to this dashboard. If so, where would I find documentation to create this?

You can create a custom app tile for an OTBI dashboard to make it more accessible for recruiters. Please review the below doc:

@Riyaz Ali-Oracle Thank you. The video is a little outdated, but I think I'm able to follow.

I did not see where to add the security. We only want this tile to show for those who have a specific security role, i.e. "Recruiter View All". I saw that you can set permissions up under "Duty" role when creating a page, but I'm only created a tile and not a new category. Thanks in advance for your help.

Steps to Restrict Tile Visibility by Security Role:

    1. Use the Page Integration Wizard

When creating the tile, use the Page Integration Wizard to generate a security code.
This security code can be linked to specific roles.

    2. Assign the Tile to a Specific Role

Navigate to Structure > Tools > Configuration.
Locate the tile and edit its security settings.
Assign it to the "Recruiter View All" role.

    3. Verify Role-Based Access

Ensure that the Recruiter View All role has access to the dashboard.
If needed, adjust the privileges under Security Console > Roles.
