Hyperlink URL not opening in new tab.

Question

In the Workflow Termination Report, there is a 'View Attachments' hyperlink. When a manager receives a bell notification via the BPM Worklist and clicks the link, it opens in the same tab instead of a new one. This behavior is specific to bell notifications. Is this a standard limitation in Fusion, or is there a way to configure the link to open in a new tab from the bell notification?
