Hi Team,
We have created same set of auto emailers for different roles to segregate the users. It’s difficult to change the user from one agent to another every time the user role changes in the system.
We don’t have the option to add the users based on their roles when adding the recipients.
For example - An Agent is created only for Branch Manager users. So, if a user's role is changed to Branch manager, he/she should be automatically mapped to the auto-emailer, and if the user's role is changed from branch manager to something else, he/she should be removed accordingly from the recipient’s list
