New Developer's Guide now includes latest SOAP web services updates

I'm pleased to announce that we've included an update of the SOAP web services in the latest Developer's Guide. Some highlights:

Ability to use an access token with the SAWSesssionService logon() method to get a session ID
Newly documented Agent webservices to enhance the existing set
We’ve now included the XSD reference files as a reference in the doc

This documentation includes the supported web services. The WSDL may include additional web services over the documented list.
