Is there a way to hide the drivers license information under person management > person > Document?
Hi @Carren,
Do you want to hide this information from specific Workbook Developers?
If yes, we have a good Blog that compliments our regular documentation here: https://blogs.oracle.com/analytics/post/faw-hcm-data-security-using-dept-hier-aor-attribute
If you want to include Drivers License Information in a Workbook for structural purposes but you don't want it to be visible to end users, you can add the attribute to the Workbook, right-click on it and select 'Hide'.
Regards,
John
You might need to use Page Composer to hide the document region based on EL expressions tied to roles or AOR.
