How to Configure Cache Reload for Synced OTBI Data in FDI Dataset

I am creating a dataset using the connection available in the FDI instance. I have selected the required columns from an OTBI subject area. Now, it is asking for the "Cache Reload Type." Which option should I choose if I want the dataset to be updated automatically whenever the data is synced?
