Request for Reports on New Role and Privilege Additions with WHO Columns

Dear Oracle Team,

As Oracle continues to release a wide range of new features quarterly, we are noticing an increasing challenge for clients in identifying potential risks introduced by new roles and privileges(Eg. 25C Self Service Procurement Redwood Changes). Currently, there are no seeded reports provided by Oracle to highlight such role or privilege risks.

Without reporting capabilities that include WHO columns (e.g., creation and last updated details), these risks may go undetected until identified by auditors, potentially leading to control deficiencies in the future.

I kindly request Oracle to consider these challenges and provide either a prebuilt query or a seeded report that can help clients proactively address audit control risks stemming from new role or privilege modifications. Such a tool would greatly benefit clients in mitigating risks and maintaining compliance with their control frameworks.
