Request for ERP Profile Options Listing Report with WHO Columns

Dear Oracle Team,

As part of Oracle's quarterly release of new features (e.g., 25C Self Service Procurement), numerous profile options are being updated with their respective profile values. However, there are currently no seeded reports available to identify and list these profile options with key details, such as WHO columns (e.g., creation and last updated information).

Without these reporting capabilities, key risks remain:

1. Audit Control Risks: In the absence of clear reporting, these changes may only be identified by auditors at a later time, exposing clients to potential control deficiencies.
2. Business Functionality Impacts: Alterations to existing functionality and application behavior caused by profile option changes may lead to significant financial and operational disruptions.

To prevent these risks, I kindly request Oracle to consider these challenges and provide either a prebuilt query or seeded reports that include:

• Comprehensive listing of all profile options.
• Associated profile values.
• WHO columns for audit tracking.

Such reports will help Oracle clients proactively address audit risks and ensure the stability of their business functionality in light of quarterly updates.
