Activity Logs for Reporting Configuration changes

Hello,

My customer wants to keep a track of (kinda' audit trail) the reporting configuration changes that are done on the FDI instance - who did that change, what change was done, when was it done, and so on. I see no "activity" tab in this area of reporting configuration. But I am sure the changes are stored in some database tables. If I could know that table with all the reporting configuration details (current values, in case it doesn't maintain history), at least I can pull from that table and push as an "audit log", and keep doing that every day. That way, history gets maintained in a different place.

If such a table exists that maintains all the current reporting configurations entered, including the WHO columns, please let me know which table, or help me out with a SQL statement.
