Remove action button in infolets for HCM

We have created some infolets on the homepage under the analytics section and our users are using the actions function to 'hide' their infolets.

Hi, My understanding is that it is up to each user to decide as a user preference if they want to consume an infolet on the infolet pages or if they want a work area to appear on the springboard on my home page. So no you cant force me to use one of your infolets if my role gives me permission to use it. It is up to me whether I want to view it or not. I can hide each infolet one by one using the actions menu or I can hide them/reorder them using the button at the top right Infolet Repository.
