Where the parameter NQ_LIMIT_WRITE_FILESIZE is defined in OBIEE 11g

Hi,

I am getting error "A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 46168] RawFile::checkSoftLimit failed because a temporary file exceeds the limit (10240 MB) specified by the NQ_LIMIT_WRITE_FILESIZE environment variable." in running a analysis.

But I can't find the parameter NQ_LIMIT_WRITE_FILESIZE in NQSConfig.INI

Is it defined somewhere else?
