How do I add a new value for a table prompt in OTBI?

In OTBI, I have a table prompt that only displays individual options and not an "All" option. I added an "All" option by manually selecting all the Journeys available. I want to be able to do this with a formula so that it dynamically adds all the values in case in the future there are new values. How can I do this?
