BICC data store short alias for file names

BICC extracts data to file names that are quite long and difficult to work with because when placed in local directories the full path name can easily exceed the 260 characters allowed by Microsoft Windows. It would be nice if we could assign short "alias" names to the data stores in our offerings and have those aliases used in the file names.
