How to identify open and closed transaction in FDI Budgetary Control

Hi,
We are using FDI Budgetary Control subject areas for Budget Utilizations reports. Currently, the data in both Budgetary Control - Balances and Transactions subject areas contains all the transactions. Our end users would like to see only open transactions in all the reports. We have verified all the attributes available with the help of functional team and confirmed that there is no such feasibility available.
Please let me know if anyone worked on similar requirement or if there is any other way to achieve this.
Regards,
Shivaranjan

Could you please elaborate the use case? Are you looking for the latest status of the transactions? Budgetary control will have all the transactions processed for that Control budget.

Hi Shobana,
Yes, we are looking for the latest status of the transactions. As you mentioned, we are currently getting all the transactions, including those that are closed.
We are developing Budget Utilization reports using Budgetary Control subject areas. End users would like to see near real time data and prefers to filter out closed transactions. As the volume of data increases, the reports will result huge number of records, making it difficult for users to consume and analyze.
Hope the use case is clear. Please let us know if there's any way - either in Fusion Applications or FDI to filter out closed transactions.
Regards,
Shiva
