Enable OTBI report in PPM Manage Financial Prj analytics window as shortcut for all job managers

Question

I have developed some OTBI and BIP reports and I would like to centrally enable this report in the ERP Project financial plan right analystics tab as favorites/shortcut for list of users / or role. (Instead of each user manualy saving as themselves through the gear icon)

I mean having it centrally enabled in the right window in analytics for list of users or role.

Could you please explain the steps to achive this with our ERP adminitration team.

I belive there may be a user preference file to update etc..

note that this is in ERP PPM managing project financials etc.

Alternatively, how could we redirect this analytics "Shared reports and analytics" folder to another cutom location where i have custome reports saved.
