ERP OTBI Archive / Unarchive ability in My Folders for Users

This was originally reported in SR 4-0000680699. Oracle requested that we create an idea instead.
Requirement:
- To enable the Archive / Unarchive option under "My Folders" in ERP OTBI for users
- The option to save self service reports and Archive/Unarchive should NOT be enabled for "Shared Folders"
Business Justification:
- The Archive / Unarchive option would enable users to share self-service reports created at their end with other users
- This is required so that the self-service reports need not be re-created from scratch by each individual user within a team or group, but rather a report created once for BAU reporting requirements (ex: EUC files, Month-end financial reporting, etc.) can be shared within or across teams which will help in avoiding duplication efforts.
