We cannot extract detailed data(supporting references) for periods before Implementation

Question

When selecting periods older than February 2025, the detailed source data is missing while for periods February 2025 and afterwards, this data is visible. End users want to have the detailed source data also available for older period all the way back to IED. This data should be available.

The source in question is a customized data source not an OOTB source.

Hi @Paras Negi,

Thank you for the question. To start troubleshooting this issue, you should query this same data using the two Natural Account Names and both Fiscal periods in the source using OTBI.

If you see data in the source for Fiscal Period Jan-25 for the Natural Account Name ending with *100, then create a similar Workbook in OAC using just a limited number of columns starting with Contract Number, Fiscal Period Jan-25, Natural Account Name and Balancing Segment Name.
