What happens to my OTBI Deeplinks when Redwood apps are activated?

Hi,

I have a tone of otbi reports that have deeplinks back to Work Orders, Purchase Orders and PO Receipts. What will happen to these links as the Redwood apps replace the classic applications?

I am looking for way to compare two environments with the scm redwood personalization tool and list the Custom UI just as HCM tool functionality.

Can it be achieved with SCM Redwood personalization tool
