Editing a BI Job which is scheduled to run daily(destination is email) but unable to find the job

Question

Hello,

In our production instance, we have scheduled a BI Publisher report that runs daily and sends out email to a bunch of users.

Earlier i used to see the job information which is running daily. Now, we want to add a new user to this list, to I go into the "Report Jobs" screen, try to find my job but does not show up anything.

I know for a fact that this scheduled report is sending out regular emails to users

Any idea what's happening? can opening SR help?

Are you able to see completed jobs from job history?

Hello  Mandeep,

Thank You for responding. I am logging in through same user. So in order to verify this I created a new schedule but even could not see that.

Note: so the report is in my personal folder

Welcome to Oracle analytics forum.

Can you confirm on below:

* Are you logging in using the user account with which job is scheduled?
* If not, you need ESS Administrator access to see Jobs scheduled by other users.
* Are you able to see job history?
