Include requisitions with no applicants in Recruiting Real Time

When using the subject area Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time, you have to use a fact/measure in order to pull requisitions that do not have applicants (active or inactive). It would be great to be able to have these requisitions pull into reports with the use of a fact/measure.
