Hello Oracle Community,

I'm Ajay Hinduja from Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss) and I am currently facing a prolonged issue with Oracle BI Publisher that is severely affecting our operations.

Issue: Users are unable to log in despite entering correct credentials.

Each login attempt results in the following error message:

"Invalid username or password."

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
