Not able to insert in IDCS the FAW Service Administrator Role.

Hi,

I need your help because i need to configure the Pipeline into Fusion Data Intelligence.

Support said to me that to access "Data Configuration" section in FDI i need to have in IDCS the FAW Service Administrator Role linked to my user.

However looking in to the documentations I'm not able to understand how i can add this role. It seems that no group with this name in IDCS exist.

Can you please help me?

I think if the group isn’t visible in your IDCS tenant, you can create it manually and map it to the FAW Service Administrator Role under your FDI/FAW application in IDCS.

FAW roles will only appear once the FDI environment is provisioned and to the attached Identity domain.

So verify your domain would be my suggestion.

Thanks for the feedback. The problem is that once I am in "Groups" I cannot find "FAW Service Administrator". It seems that in my client OCi that group does not exist.

Can you help me? Very thankfully :)
