Is it possible to configure SFTP command when triggering extract run?

Hi experts,

We have a payroll extract that is sent daily to our customer's SFTP server. Sometimes the file doesn't reach the configured destination. To improve connectivity, the customer suggests to configure some parameters in the SFTP command as follows:

-oConnectTimeout=120

-oServerAliveInterval=15

-oServerAliveCountMax=3

Is it possible to configure these parameters?

Thank you for posting the question in the Forum.

Kindly note that this is not possible in Saas ie Oracle Fusion Analytics.

Rather than trying to force any parameters on the FTP connection, it would be better to figure out why those files are not reaching the intended destination. If you can elaborate here, maybe we can advise something.

Or you could also log an SR if you feel it is a bug in the system and is critical to your business.
