When I run my query I get the full report but when I created a BIP excel report, I find that rows with a duplicate person id are missing.
This is a first time issue, is there a way around this?
Thanks.
Hi @Anna A,
If you filter your query for a specific person (who is having duplicates) and try to execute both query & the report. Do both produce same result set? Also are the numbers of columns same for both (Query & the Excel output)?
If you give some more examples like screenshots (without sensitive data) etc. it will be helpful for the understanding.
Thank you.
Hi @Bhaskar Konar
Thanks for your response. I added a row in my query to filter for a person who should have 2 rows, my sql query returned 2 rows while my bi publisher report returned 1 row.
Hi @User_A_AJ,
Can you please try to get the output with RTF / PFD/ CSV using RTF template to see if it is working fine?
Just pull all the columns that you have in the query into the RTF and see if it is bringing all expected rows.#

Hi, We are scheduling a report to be sent out every week. We were wondering if it was possible to keep the latest date that the report ran as a parameter somewhere so that we could use that to only fetch the values in the report which have a latest update time of after the last run of the report? This way we'd only be…
