Option to connect Oracle object storage using pre-authenticated URL from FDI

There are some cases where multiple teams are using same FDI instance. As of now, some sensitive information like OCID, fingerprint etc. are required to connect Oracle object storage from FDI. It will be better if the option to use pre-authenticated URL can be made available.
