Users are running online reports in the plant, and based on that, they do activities on the plant floor. By the time, they come back to check the next transaction BIP report online output gets a timeout within 6~8 minutes ,which causes an issue to perform the next activities and users have to keep running same report again and again. We need an option to increase the timeout for online reports?
Enhancement Request / Service Request: Our client is looking for an option to have the session timeout and idle session timeout value updatable based on business needs.
