Did FDI 25.R3 include all planned changes for HCM - Workforce Rewards - Salary Basis?

We recently upgraded to FDI 25.R3, and wanted leverage the new Simple Components dimension in HCM - Workforce Rewards.

We see in the What's New document, you must enable the Salary Basis Snapshots functional area from the Preview Features tab on the Enable Features page.

We do NOT have a "Salary Basis Snapshots" feature available to enable in our 25.R3 environment.

    @Nupur Joshi-Oracle @Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle - can either of you comment on this? The 25R3 documentation states that salary simple components is a new feature. However, the preview feature for salary basis snapshots is not available in our 25R3 environment and we do not see simple components in the salary basis subject area.
