What version of Java should you install so the BI Publisher Word add-in will work and page preview

We used to have JRE installed on our devices to enable the BI Publisher Word Add-in tool to work and to page preview templates.
As JRE is no longer supported it was classed as a security concern and has recently been removed from our devices, I raised a call with MOS asking what version of Java we should and were it can be downloaded from and they suggested I ask the question on this forum.
Could someone provide details of what version of Java we should install and use on our devices, we currently use Windows 11 64 Bit and Fusion 25B, it will be used by a about 6 users who develop BI Publisher reports.
We would like to avoid having to licence Java so would prefer a free to use option, if you could provide any details and possibly links to were the software could be downloaded from that would be very much appreciated.

I believe JDK/JRE 8u411+ would be OK.
You can download it from https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/javase8u211-later-archive-downloads.html.Official Information is as follows.
