Oracle analytic warehouse semantic model merge to main sandbox in queued status

Question

it has been in queued state for the last 30 minutes and it's preventing me from either creating a new sandbox or publish main sandbox, is there any solution to this?

this problem has been fixed when I checked it today, but the customization I published are still not visible in oracle analytic, do you have any idea how I can fix that?
