Utterance should not have more than 256 characters
Hello everyone,
While working with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA), I encountered the following error message:
“Utterance should not have more than 256 characters.”
Could someone please explain why this limitation exists and if there is a recommended way to handle utterances that exceed this length? For example, is it best practice to split long phrases into multiple utterances, or is there an alternative configuration to allow longer inputs?
Thanks in advance for your help!

That is a very important point. Long Utterances, actually cost more computation for algorithmic calculations such as with processing Tokens etc. Massive AI Servers (MAL) provide support to extend beyond algorithmic processing limits to unlimited data processing real time. I dont think you are using MAL but possibly something on your laptop?
