Need PVO for fusion GOP tables MSC_HVGOP_DAILY_AVAIL_REPORT and MSC_HVGOP_WEEKLY_ALLOC_REPORT

Our current requirement needs to capture the data in these tables and it is not possible to get the entire data using BIP in one go. Also the nature of data load to these tables purges and reloads the entire tables which makes it impossible to get delta only changes. Availability of PVO for these tables would be a must for getting the entire data without partitioning.
